Certificates + RFQ

SINELINK will not be exhibiting at the Canton Fair this time. That does not mean you need to wait for another exhibition to evaluate our products, engineering support or supply capability.

For international B2B buyers, most of the important supplier-validation work can now be completed remotely. We can send samples, arrange a live video factory review, hold a one-to-one technical meeting with our engineers, review your specification or BOM, provide product documentation and prepare a project quotation before you make a purchasing decision.

If you are sourcing solar PV cables, PV connectors, residential energy storage or commercial and industrial BESS products, the process below shows how to work with SINELINK without visiting a booth.

1 Project 2 Samples 3 Video review 4 Engineer 5 BOM 6 Certificates 7 Offer 8 Process FAQ

01 - HOW TO START

Start With Your Project, Not a Product Catalogue

The fastest way to get a useful response is to send us the application first. A product catalogue can show available models, but it cannot determine whether a cable size, connector, battery configuration or certification is correct for your project.

For PV cable and connector inquiries, send the system voltage, current, cable size or route length, target market, connector requirement and estimated quantity. For energy-storage projects, send the application, target kW/kWh, load information, PV capacity, backup requirement, site conditions and delivery schedule.

If you are still defining the technical specification, start with our Solar DC Cable Selection Guide or the Commercial & Industrial BESS Guide before sending the RFQ.

02 - SAMPLES

Request Product Samples Before You Commit

A remote sourcing process should not rely only on photos and datasheets. For qualified opportunities, sample shipment allows your technical or purchasing team to check cable construction, marking, flexibility, outer diameter, connector fit, workmanship, packaging and documentation before a larger order is placed.

For cable projects, the sample request should specify the exact model, conductor size, voltage class and required standard. For connector projects, include the cable cross-section and outer diameter so the sample can be evaluated as a complete interface rather than as an isolated component. Buyers evaluating PV-side products can review our Solar DC Cables and Solar PV Connectors before requesting samples.

03 - VIDEO FACTORY REVIEW

Arrange a Live Video Factory Review

A factory visit is useful, but travel is not the only way to verify a supplier. We can arrange a live video review to show relevant production, inspection, packing and warehouse areas according to the product you are evaluating.

Instead of a pre-recorded promotional tour, buyers should prepare a short checklist. Ask to see the actual production or inspection process related to the RFQ, the product marking, test equipment, traceability method, packaging and the documents that will accompany the shipment.

For higher-value projects, we recommend combining the video review with a document package so your technical and purchasing teams can compare what is shown on screen with the offered specification.

What to Ask During a Remote Factory Review

• Can you show the production or inspection process for the exact product being quoted?

• How are conductor size, cable diameter, electrical performance or connector assembly checked?

• How is batch traceability maintained?

• Can you show the product marking and packaging format?

• Which test records or certificates can be supplied with the order?

• How are non-conforming products controlled?

• Can you show the finished-goods storage and shipment preparation process?

04 - ENGINEER MEETING

Book a 1-to-1 Technical Meeting With an Engineer

Trade shows are useful because buyers can ask technical questions immediately. We can reproduce that part of the experience online with a focused one-to-one technical meeting.

The meeting can be used to review cable sizing, voltage class, standards, cable–connector compatibility, BESS power and energy requirements, installation conditions, drawings, BOMs or any specification that needs clarification before quotation. For PV projects, our Solar Cable and PV Connector Compatibility Guide explains the interface checks that should be confirmed before approving a cable and connector combination. For BESS cable projects, use the BESS Cable Selection Guide as a starting point for the engineering discussion.

05 - BOM REVIEW

Send Us Your Datasheet, Drawing or BOM for Review

Many B2B inquiries move faster when the buyer sends the existing specification instead of asking for a generic recommendation. A datasheet, drawing, BOM, cable schedule or connector reference can help us identify the required product family and flag information that is still missing.

For replacement sourcing, provide the current model, electrical ratings, dimensions, terminal or connector information, certification requirement and any approved-equivalent rules. For new projects, provide the design inputs rather than copying a previous project's specification without review. For EN-oriented PV cable procurement, you can also use our H1Z2Z2-K Procurement Specification for EPC Projects as a reference when preparing the RFQ.

06 - DOCUMENTS

Verify Certificates and Product Documents Online

You do not need a trade-show meeting to check whether a product's documentation matches your market. Before purchase, ask for the certificate or test-report reference, exact product model, size range, voltage rating, applicable standard, manufacturer information and current validity where relevant.

The key point is scope. A supplier may hold a certificate, but the buyer still needs to confirm that the exact cable, connector or model being quoted is covered by the required standard or approval.

We can provide the available technical documents for the product under discussion and help your team identify which additional project-specific documents are required before order confirmation.

07 - QUOTATION & SHIPMENT

Review the Commercial Offer and Pre-Shipment Evidence

A useful quotation should make it clear what is included. For cables, compare conductor material, size, construction, standard, length tolerance, packaging and testing. For assemblies, include terminals, connectors, crimping, testing and labeling. For BESS projects, define the battery, PCS, EMS, cabinet, cooling, protection, accessories, commissioning and delivery scope as applicable.

Comparing only the headline unit price can create false savings if two suppliers are quoting different technical scopes. We recommend freezing the technical specification first, then comparing price, MOQ, lead time, packaging, delivery terms and documentation on the same basis.

Remote cooperation should continue after the purchase order. Before shipment, the buyer can request agreed inspection records, product photos, labels, packing details, quantities and shipping documents for review. For project orders, define the required pre-shipment evidence during the RFQ stage rather than adding it after production.

10 - FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Is SINELINK exhibiting at Canton Fair 2026?

No. SINELINK is not exhibiting at the fair this time. International buyers can still evaluate products and start projects remotely through samples, live video reviews, engineer meetings, document checks and quotations.

Q: Can you send PV cable or connector samples overseas?

Sample availability depends on the exact model, size, destination and project stage. Send the required product specification and delivery country so the team can confirm the appropriate sample arrangement.

Q: Can I arrange a live video factory inspection?

Yes, a live video review can be arranged for relevant projects. Buyers should send a checklist in advance so the session focuses on the production, inspection, traceability, packing or warehouse areas relevant to the RFQ.

Q: Can I speak directly with an engineer before requesting a quote?

Yes. A one-to-one technical meeting can be used to review PV cable sizing, standards, connector compatibility, BESS configuration, drawings, BOMs and project-specific questions before the commercial offer is finalized.

Q: What should I send before an online technical meeting?

Send the target application, destination market, electrical parameters, current specification, drawings or BOM, quantity and any open technical questions. More complete inputs usually lead to a more useful meeting.

Q: How can I verify product certificates remotely?

Request the exact certificate or test-report reference, manufacturer, product model, size/rating scope and validity information where applicable. Verify that the evidence covers the exact product being quoted.

Q: Can SINELINK support both PV and energy-storage projects?

Yes. SINELINK supplies Solar DC Cables, Solar PV Connectors, Residential Energy Storage Systems and Commercial & Industrial Energy Storage Systems for international B2B projects, subject to specification and availability.

Q: How do I start working with SINELINK if I am not attending the fair?

Send your project requirements through the website contact channel. State whether you need technical selection, samples, a live video factory review, an engineer meeting or a formal quotation so the inquiry can be routed correctly.
