Solar installations run for 25+ years. Our quality control exists to make sure every cable and connector we ship is built to last just as long.
We maintain strict QC protocols across the entire production chain - from raw material verification through to final electrical and mechanical testing. Every batch is traceable, every test is documented.
Quality Control Process
1. Incoming Material Inspection
- Raw material certificates verified (copper purity ≥99.99%, XLPE/LSZH compound specs)
- Batch sampling and lab testing before production release
2. In-Process Control
- Real-time monitoring of extrusion temperature, speed, and concentricity
- Statistical Process Control (SPC) on critical dimensions
- Automated optical inspection for connector molding
3. Finished Product Testing
- 100% high-voltage withstand test (AC/DC)
- Mechanical stress tests: tensile strength, elongation, bending radius
- Environmental simulation: UV aging (EN 50618), thermal cycling (-40°C to +90°C), salt spray
- IP68 waterproof verification for connectors
- Contact resistance and insertion force measurement
4. Pre-Shipment Audit
- AQL sampling per ISO 2859
- Packaging integrity and labeling verification
- Third-party inspection available upon request
Key Practices
- Raw material inspection: copper conductor purity, insulation compound properties, contact pin plating thickness
- In-process monitoring: extrusion diameter tolerance, cross-linking degree, crimping force verification
- Final testing: hi-pot / insulation resistance, contact resistance, IP68 waterproof validation, TUV pull-out force test
- 100% continuity check on every finished cable assembly
- Accelerated aging and UV resistance sampling per IEC 62930 / EN 50618
We hold TUV, UL, and CE certifications. Third-party lab reports and client-witnessed FAT are available on request.
Packaging & Delivery
We package based on product type, order volume, and destination climate. Cable drums and coils are wrapped to prevent moisture ingress and mechanical damage during transit. Connectors are sorted, labeled, and packed to speed up field installation.

● Connectors: pair-matched sets in compartmented boxes, anti-static bags for contact pins
● Palletizing optimized for 20'/40' container loading
● Flexible terms: FOB, CIF - by sea, or rail to Europe, Americas, APAC, Middle East
● Full export documentation: packing list, commercial invoice, CO, test reports per batch
