Site Survey and Preparation
For indoor installation, garages or storage rooms are recommended, with a load-bearing capacity of ≥50kg/㎡; for outdoor installation, rainproof and sun-proof enclosures are recommended.
Maintain good ventilation, keep away from water sources and flammable materials, and avoid strong electromagnetic interference.
Equipment Installation Sequence
PV Panel Installation: South-facing is best, tilt angle ≈ local latitude +10°~15°, module spacing ≥20cm for ventilation.
Inverter Installation: Place in a well-ventilated, easily accessible location, air inlet ≥30cm above the ground, avoid direct sunlight.
Battery Installation: Cool, dry place, module spacing ≥5cm for heat dissipation, wiring torque meets manufacturer requirements (e.g., M8 bolt 25-30N·m).
Wiring and Connection
Use dedicated photovoltaic cables (weather-resistant, anti-aging), DC side cables should be protected with corrugated conduit.
Grounding resistance ≤4Ω, lightning protection system in parallel with building lightning protection.
