POWER ENVELOPE Rated power and the 250 A single-gun limit apply together. At 200 V, 250 A corresponds to 50 kW, so none of the three models can deliver 60, 80 or 120 kW at the bottom of the voltage range. Full rated power requires at least approximately 240 V, 320 V and 480 V respectively, plus a vehicle that requests the required current.

Smart Operation and Maintenance

  • App-based charging control and charging-strategy adjustment, subject to the selected platform.
  • Swipe-card authorization for controlled fleet or public access.
  • Real-time software upgrades as described in the brochure.
  • Online diagnostics and operations/maintenance monitoring.
  • Modular design intended to simplify replacement and service work.
  • Ethernet or 4G connectivity; confirm backend, SIM/APN, cybersecurity and offline behavior.
  • The brochure does not identify OCPP support. Do not specify OCPP unless confirmed for the ordered software.

How to Select the Right Model

  • Model the daily energy demand: Use vehicle energy consumption, arrival state of charge, dwell time and required departure state of charge.
  • Check vehicle voltage and current: A 120 kW nameplate does not guarantee 120 kW to a low-voltage battery because the connector is limited to 250 A.
  • Choose the voltage platform: Select 750 V or 1000 V output according to target vehicles and future fleet plans.
  • Choose connector configuration: Specify CCS2, CCS1, GB/T or an approved mixed dual-output combination.
  • Define dual-gun operation: Confirm whether both connectors can charge simultaneously, total shared power, minimum allocation and priority logic.
  • Assess the grid connection: Include diversity, transformer capacity, upstream protection, harmonics, demand charges and future expansion.
  • Confirm communications: Specify app/card workflow, Ethernet/4G, backend interface, data ownership and remote-maintenance permissions.
  • Verify certification: Request exact certificates, model coverage, standard editions and destination-market documentation.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between the 60, 80 and 120 kW models?

They share the core platform, dual-output design and 250 A single-gun limit. The main differences are rated cabinet power and, for 120 kW, a larger enclosure.

Can the 120 kW model always deliver 120 kW?

No. At the 250 A single-gun limit, the vehicle voltage must be at least about 480 V, and the vehicle must request the required current.

How much power is available at 200 V?

At 250 A, the theoretical current-limited maximum is 50 kW, regardless of whether the cabinet is rated 60, 80 or 120 kW.

Which connectors are available?

CCS2, GB/T and CCS1 are available. Confirm the exact two-connector combination and corresponding communication software before quotation.

Should I choose the 750 V or 1000 V version?

Choose according to target vehicle battery voltage and future fleet requirements. A 1000 V platform may improve coverage but must still match connector, cable and certification limits.

Does the charger support ISO 15118?

ISO 15118 is referenced. Confirm the implemented parts, functions, certificate handling and tested vehicle cases for the exact software.

Can it be installed outdoors?

The enclosure is specified as IP54. Final suitability depends on rain, dust, sunlight, flooding risk, temperature, drainage, shelter and installation quality. If outdoor installation is required, higher protection ratings can be customized.

How should I choose between 60 and 80 kW?

Compare required turnaround with vehicle acceptance and grid capacity. At 250 A, 60 kW needs about 240 V while 80 kW needs about 320 V to reach full power.

Is mobile-app control included?

Yes, the brochure describes app control. Confirm the app, cloud region, functions, languages, data ownership and service terms.

What maintenance is required?

Regularly inspect connectors and cables, clean the forced-air cooling path, review fault/temperature records, test protective functions and maintain approved spare parts.
