Product Overview

The product is a building-block lithium battery cluster platform with automatic ID recognition, an independent cluster display and multiple communication interfaces. It supports a broad set of nominal-voltage platforms for compatible inverters, wind controllers and chargers.
Choose from 100Ah, 200Ah and 314Ah capacity platforms to match your energy requirements. Each battery pack operates as part of its matched cluster system, with voltage and communication selected for the connected equipment.

Series-connected Cluster Basics
Voltage increases in series while Ah remains the same
Energy rises with total voltage, but every series element carries the same current.
High-voltage strings need insulation monitoring and coordinated isolation
BMS, contactors, pre-charge, fusing and emergency disconnection must act as one system.
Recommended current is not a cable-size answer
Cable selection also depends on installation, temperature, fault duty and voltage drop.
Battery Cluster Testing and Performance
Electrical performance: Controlled charge and discharge testing helps evaluate cluster capacity and operating stability under defined conditions.
System protection: Insulation and protective-response testing helps assess the coordinated operation of the battery cluster and its control system.
Communication performance: Communication testing helps assess battery data exchange, alarm reporting and interaction with compatible PCS or controller interfaces.
Recommended Applications
- C&I battery clusters
- Wind and solar storage
- High-voltage inverter systems
- UPS and charger integration
Installation and Maintenance
- Verify pack IDs and cluster display alarms.
- Test pre-charge, contactors, insulation and emergency stop.
- Check communication termination and dry/wet contact logic.
- Maintain IP20 equipment in a controlled indoor enclosure.
- Do not mix unapproved pack voltages or capacities.
Packing and Transport
Use approved packaging and lifting points, protect terminals and interfaces, keep equipment upright and dry, and comply with lithium-battery transport documentation and carrier rules. Inspect for impact, deformation, moisture or abnormal heat before acceptance.
FAQ
Can packs be used alone?
The battery packs are intended for use within their matched cluster system, rather than as standalone batteries.
Are custom voltage configurations available?
Custom voltage configurations are available through project-specific system design. Share the operating voltage range of your PCS or inverter with SINELINK for configuration matching.
What determines PCS or inverter compatibility?
Compatibility depends on the full battery operating voltage range, charge/discharge limits, communication protocol and control requirements. Nominal voltage alone is insufficient for selecting a matched system.
Find the Right Battery Cluster
Contact SINELINK with your PCS or inverter model, DC voltage range, required battery energy, charge/discharge power, installation conditions and communication requirements to select a suitable cluster configuration.
