H07RN-F CEE Extension Cable
FLEXIBLE & PRE-ASSEMBLED CABLES03 / PRE-ASSEMBLED INDUSTRIAL CABLE
Specify the connection. Receive the assembly.
The H07RN-F CEE Extension Cable combines a heavy-duty 450/750 V flexible rubber cable with compatible IEC 60309 industrial plugs and sockets. The factory-assembled format reduces on-site termination work and provides a defined cable length, conductor size, connector rating and pole arrangement for temporary or mobile power distribution.
Specify your requirements →
Built around your connection requirements
Configure the assembly for single-phase or three-phase equipment, commonly from 16 A to 125 A. SINELINK can prepare standard lengths or project-specific cable sets with agreed plug orientation, socket type, cable marking, identification labels, packaging and test requirements.
Ready-to-connect cable assembly
The cable, plug and socket are supplied as one specified product, reducing field cutting and termination work.
H07RN-F flexible rubber cable
A recognised heavy-duty cable construction supports industrial, construction and temporary-power applications within the approved product limits.
IEC 60309 connector options
Select compatible industrial plug and socket formats for the required voltage, current, pole arrangement and protection level.
Standard and project lengths
Common lengths simplify routine purchasing, while custom lengths help reduce unnecessary joints and excess cable on site.
Assembly identification and testing
Agreed labels, electrical continuity checks, polarity checks and inspection records can support project delivery and asset management.
CEE extension cable configuration reference
The following are common planning combinations, not a guaranteed current-carrying table. Final cable sizing and available connector versions require order-specific review.
| Connector rating | Pole format | Common cable size | Typical application |
|---|---|---|---|
| 16 A 230 V | 3 pole | H07RN-F 3G2.5 | Single-phase industrial tools and temporary power |
| 32 A 230 V | 3 pole | H07RN-F 3G6 | Higher-current single-phase tools and temporary power |
| 16 A 400 V | 5 pole | H07RN-F 5G2.5 | Three-phase equipment with neutral and earth |
| 32 A 400 V | 5 pole | H07RN-F 5G6 | Larger three-phase tools and distribution |
| 63 A 400 V | 5 pole | H07RN-F 5G16 | Temporary distribution and industrial equipment |
| 125 A 400 V | 5 pole | H07RN-F 5G35 | High-current temporary distribution |
Check cable length, voltage drop, installation method, ambient temperature, duty cycle and protective-device coordination before confirming a configuration.
Configure the finished cable set
| Ordering item | Configuration to confirm |
|---|---|
| Length | 5 m / 10 m / 25 m / 50 m reference lengths; project-specific lengths by agreement |
| End arrangement | Plug to socket; plug to free tail or other arrangements subject to approval |
| Protection | IP44 or IP67 connector versions for review. Complete assembly protection depends on the selected components, mating condition and cable entry. |
| Identification | Agreed cable marking, length label, project label or asset code |
| Packaging | Individual coil, bag, carton or project packaging |
Define the inspection plan before assembly
Cable entry & strain relief
Agree the connector model and cable outside diameter so the entry, seal and clamping arrangement can be reviewed together.
Electrical verification
Specify visual inspection, continuity, polarity and protective-earth continuity. Agree insulation and dielectric testing against the approved assembly test plan.
Traceable identification
Confirm the label content and inspection records required with delivery.
Select for the installation
- Confirm voltage, frequency, current rating, pole arrangement and connector clock position before ordering.
- Select conductor cross-section from load current, cable length, voltage drop, ambient temperature, installation method and protective-device coordination.
- Use compatible plug and socket protection ratings throughout the connection. The overall assembly performance is limited by the lowest-rated component and the installed condition.
- Confirm neutral and protective-earth requirements. Do not assume that every three-phase load uses the same three-, four- or five-pole arrangement.
- Avoid coiling a heavily loaded extension cable unless the product instructions explicitly permit it. Heat dissipation changes when cable remains wound.
- Inspect the cable, plug, socket, strain relief and contacts before use. Remove damaged assemblies from service and have them assessed by a qualified person.
Frequently asked questions
Is this the same product as bulk H07RN-F cable?
No. Bulk H07RN-F is supplied for installation or assembly. This CEE extension cable is a finished product with specified connectors, cable length, conductor size and assembly testing.
Does the cable voltage define the complete assembly rating?
The 450/750 V designation describes the H07RN-F cable component. Order the complete assembly for the required system voltage, connector rating, pole arrangement and operating conditions.
Can SINELINK provide a custom cable length?
Project-specific lengths can be quoted after the connector rating, cable size, voltage-drop requirement, labels, packaging and testing requirements are confirmed.
PROJECT ENQUIRY
Request a CEE Cable Assembly Quotation
Send the destination market, system voltage, current rating, pole arrangement, plug and socket protection level, cable length, expected load, operating environment, required labels, packaging and test documents. SINELINK will review the complete assembly configuration before quotation.
