Product Overview
The series is compact rack-mounted lithium iron phosphate battery family for solar storage, UPS backup, communication base stations and equipment rooms. Eight models cover 25.6V, 48V and 51.2V platforms from 2.56 to 16.1kWh, with LED status indication, inverter communication and automatic address assignment for parallel systems.
Use identical approved modules and align voltage/SOC before paralleling. Automatic addressing simplifies identification but does not replace protection, current-sharing and commissioning checks.
Product Features
-
Compact Rack Format
The integrated modules support structured cabinet installation and efficient use of equipment-room space.
-
Visual Operating Status
LED indicators provide immediate local status visibility, while RS485 can upload battery information in compatible systems.
-
Automatic Address Assignment
Parallel modules can be automatically addressed without manual dial coding, reducing repetitive setup steps during expansion.
-
BMS-supported Operation
The BMS supports balanced management across an approved battery bank to help maintain stable modular operation.
-
Broad Low-voltage Selection
Multiple voltage, capacity and enclosure combinations support differentiated residential, telecom, PV and UPS projects.

Parallel Rack Expansion Basics
Automatic addressing identifies modules; it does not balance energy automatically
Modules should enter the bank at compatible voltage and SOC. Large mismatch can create equalization current before normal load is applied.
Parallel current paths should be symmetrical
Use an approved busbar or equal-length conductor arrangement so cable resistance does not cause one module to carry disproportionate current.
Each voltage class requires matching equipment settings
Do not mix 25.6V, 48V and 51.2V modules. Confirm inverter voltage window, charge setpoint, cut-off and BMS protocol for the selected platform.
Rack layout affects serviceability
Plan module order, isolators, fuses, communication daisy chains and lifting access so a unit can be isolated and removed without disturbing the whole bank.
Automated Production for Consistent Quality
Automated production processes help improve repeatability in battery assembly. Consistent process settings, accurate component positioning and controlled connections support uniform build quality across production batches.
Process control and in-process inspection help identify assembly deviations early, supporting stable product quality and reliable operation in the finished battery system.
Battery Aging and Charge/Discharge Testing
Controlled aging and charge/discharge cycles help evaluate battery capacity and operating stability under load. Monitoring voltage, current and temperature helps identify abnormal behavior and assess cell consistency.
Battery data, alarm status and communication checks provide additional insight into BMS operation within a matched system.

Recommended Applications
- Residential solar storage and backup racks
- UPS and computer-room standby systems
- Communication base stations and auxiliary DC systems
- Small commercial modular energy storage
- Projects requiring staged capacity expansion
Installation and Maintenance
- Verify rack loading, fixing, airflow and safe module-handling access.
- Confirm every module has the same approved voltage platform, firmware and communication configuration.
- Align module voltage/SOC before making parallel power connections.
- Use coordinated branch protection and a balanced busbar or equal-resistance cable layout.
- After automatic addressing, verify module count, addresses, alarms and current sharing.
- During inspection, review LEDs, communication, terminal temperature, fan condition and rack fasteners.
Packing and Transport

Ship each battery in approved protective packaging with terminals insulated against short circuit. Confirm required lithium-battery test summaries, labels, documents, state-of-charge limits and carrier restrictions for the selected transport route. Keep packages upright and dry, protect them from impact, and quarantine any unit showing deformation, leakage, unusual odor or abnormal heat..
FAQ
Can different voltage models be installed in one parallel bank?
No. Select one approved voltage platform and use compatible modules, BMS settings and inverter parameters.
Does automatic addressing eliminate commissioning?
No. Confirm detected module count, address order, alarms, SOC/voltage alignment, communication and current sharing.
Which models have a 0.5C maximum continuous rate?
GBP48-314R and GBP51.2-314R have a maximum continuous rate of 0.5C. The other models offer a customizable 1C configuration.
Can GBP-R batteries be installed outdoors?
The IP20 battery requires a dry, protected installation environment with suitable ventilation and service access.
